Coming Events

We'll be at the Wisconsin Broadcasters Association Summer Engineering Conference, June 23. We'll be in Houston Tx, and the big TAB show in Austin, both in August. See us at the NAB Radio Show in DC in September.

Recent Shows

We were at then NASBA EAS Summit in Washington DC at the end of February, the Mississippi & Louisiana Association of Broadcasters Joint Convention in March, the April NAB Show in Las Vegas, and shows in CT and NJ in early June.

April 2010, NAB

In addition to our regular booth, staffed this year by Harold, Jerry, Terry, Chuck, and Skip, we were also in FEMA's big interoperability demonstration. The Sage Digital ENDEC received CAP alerts from an off-site federal CAP server, via DMOPEN, about every 15 minutes through the four days of the show. Other CAP equipment was also in use, showing the readiness of next generation EAS in a multi-vendor environment.

March 2010, NASBA EAS Summit

Sage again co-sponsored the reception and was present to answer questions on its products and participate in the summit. As shown here, we're always happy to receive feedback from experts in the broadcast industry.

April 2009, NAB

Sage was in the North Hall at NAB 2009. We were a recipient of a 2009 Radio World "Cool Stuff" Award for the Sage Digital ENDEC. The award is given by Radio World's panel of veteran broadcast engineers to a small number of products notable for their design, features, cost efficiency, and performance in serving radio broadcast users.

NAB Show

While overall attendance may be have been down, many people stopped by our booth to see the latest ENDEC run through its paces. The typical demo included receipt of a CAP message pushed from a local server, replay of a pending alert initiated on the ENDEC's action web page, and a display of email and web logs with attached audio. If you weren't able to attend this year, Radio World plans to have a three minute sample on its web site in early May. We were also in the Google booth this year as part of their automation demo.

Dr. ENDEC and the crew were on hand:
